Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 coves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F)
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Place the fillets in a big bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary and salt.
  4. Add the mixture over the salmon fillets.
