Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies is a classical recipe when it comes to baking soft inside, and crunchy outside cookies. Combination of cookie blend and chocolate pieces, this dessert is a perfect choice to serve with a cup of coffee, or tea. We are pretty sure that, you folks already know the popularity of this recipe. So, we think there is even no need to explain the perfection of chocolate chip cookies. So, let’s get into cooking.
Start with grabbing a medium-large sized bowl. We will use this bowl to mix sugar, eggs, and unsalted butter. Use a hand mixer. We recommend you to start with whisking sugar and eggs first. Whisk them well until the yellow color from egg yolks disappear, so that your dough will not smell like eggs. Once the color of mixture turns into more white, add butter and keep whisking until you get a creamy blend.
Get another medium sized bowl to mix dry ingredients in it. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Be sure that, you get a homogenous mixture after you stir.
Now, it is time to combine blend and mixture of dry ingredients. Transfer the dry ingredients mixture into creamy blend and mix from bottom to top. Then, add the chocolate chips and keep mixing until chocolates are distributed equally. You will have the dough for the perfect chewy chocolate chip cookies.
Last step is: baking! Roll cookie dough into balls, and place them over baking sheet in a tray, equally spaced. Size of the cookies depends on your preferences. Bake the cookies in preheated oven set to 180° C (356° F) for about 10 minutes. Once they turn into barely brown, you can take them out of the oven. Before serving, let them rest for 5 minutes. You can serve it with a cup of coffee, tea, or if you are baking in summer season, we recommend you to try out our Strawberry Lemonade. Until next time, folks! Keep coloring your plates!
