Ingredients
- 1 kg milk
- 50 grams butter
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 100 gram coconut powder
- 1 pack whipping cream powder
- Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Grab a deep pot. Pour in the milk and add the sugar. Heat them over high heat. Add the flour and cocoa powder.
- Lower the heat and keep stirring until bubbling.
- Once it starts bubbling set it aside and add the butter when it’s still hot. After the butter is melted use a hand mixer to whisk it well, then let it cool down.
- In a large bowl prepare the whipped cream by following the package instructions.
- Get a large oven tray and cover it with a thin layer of coconut powder. Pour over the warm chocolate pudding mixture.
- Add the whipped cream over chocolate pudding and cover the pudding with cream. Spread the chocolate chips over.
- Store it in fridge to get cold for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, slice the dessert into even, long pieces and roll them over before serving.
Notes
- Use a hand mixer to reach the perfect texture.
