Ingredients

  • 10 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 140 grams Tuna chunks
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce leaves well with cold water. Use a vegetable dryer to dry them.
  2. Chop the lettuce leaves. You can cut them into small or big pieces, as you desire.
  3. Put the lettuce and diced cucumbers in a large bowl.
  4. In another small bowl, prepare the salad dressing. Squeeze half of a lemon. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Pour it over the leaves and stir well.
  5. Cut tometoes in half, filter the excess oil tuna fish, and place them over the salad.

Notes

  • Because tuna fish is oily, we recommend you to limit the amount of olive oil you use.
