Ingredients

  • 1 bunch purslane
  • 6 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the purslane with cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, and salt. Add the purslane into bowl and mix it well with garlic yogurt sauce.
  3. To prepare the red pepper sauce, heat olive oil with red pepper flakes in a small pot over high heat. When the oil starts bubbling, the sauce is ready. Pour it over the purslane with yogurt sauce.
