Hello meat lovers! Today we have a very special recipe for you! If you are a true meat love, you already know the lamb meat, especially the lamb chops are one of the best type of meats to consume. Containing high protein, rich nutrients, and healthy fats, lamb meat is a great choice to serve in dinner. To make it more healthy, we baked it in oven without adding any extra oils. As you can guess, the meat released its own oil at the end, which is much more healthier. Let’s get into cooking and learn how this delicious meat is prepared in oven!
How to Prepare?
Start with placing a baking paper on a large bakeware. Place the lamb chops separately, so they will get cooked evenly. Sprinkle salt and black pepper. Here, you can add any spices and seasonings you like. Because we wanted strong taste of meat, we added only salt and pepper.

Bake the lamb chops in oven in 200°C (392°F) until they get golden brown. It took 1 hour for us, but the cooking time can vary depending to your oven.

And here it is! These lamb chops will be the softest meat you will ever taste and the fat will melt in your mouth.
As serving tips, we recommend you to serve these tasty lamb chops with Pasta with Creamy Tomato Sauce, Bulgur Pilaf, Turkish White Rice, or for healthier meals, serve with Salad with Tulum Cheese and Walnuts.
