Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 green peppers, sliced
  • 2 red pepper, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Start with preparing the ingedirents. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, slice the green and red bell peppers. Peel and dice the tomatoes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and once it's hot, add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they are white on all sides. Add the bell peppers. Sauté until the peppers are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well and cook until the tomatoes release their juices. Add salt and black pepper. Stir to combine.
