Ingredients
- 4 medium-size tomatoes
- 3 medium size green peppers
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup of parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small cubes. Slice the green peppers into small, half-moon shaped pieces.
- Slice the onions and chop the parsley.
- Get a large bowl and toss all the vegetables until combined well.
- In another small bowl, prepare the salad sauce. Squeeze half of a lemon. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
- Pour the salad sauce over the vegetables.
- Your balkan salad is ready. Serve it with main dishes, especially recommended with grilled meat.
